Pet-O at Virginia is a great store. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I love how you can walk into the Groomers without an appointment and get my dog washed, or her nails done. She is a very nervous dog and the Grooming staff are very kind and patient with her.

Staff are super friendly and asked if I needed help at all while I was browsing. When I was ready to check out staff were super friendly and even helped recommend a few items to help me keep my dog busy and engaged in new toys when he eventually needs something different.

I've always had a great experience at Pet Virginia. The team is extremely knowledgeable and generally helpful especially with the food and treats for my dog who has allergies. They consistently go above and beyond with recommendations and even give me samples to make sure I find the right fit. They also greet my dog by name - Bruno every time I walk in and the service is always warm and friendly. I highly recommend this store for anybody who wants real care and expertise for their pets

Great team service, very welcoming, prosuct I needed were mostly available and store was clean so walking through made it safe. Having the vets and 2 types of dog washing/grooming available is awesome and less time consuming. Good work team.

The team did an amazing job grooming our two dogs. We have an Australian Shepherd in need of a big de-shed and they have her looking better than any groomer has before. We got a full rundown of how they went when we collected them and the team were lovely. Will definitely be coming back, our girls are looking fresh!

Pet O groomers are the best in Brisbane! They always do a wonderful groom for my dog and are friendly and professional. our last visit was on my dog's birthday, and the grooming and store staff treated her like she was a princess. I have used them for many years and have always been extremely happy with no complaints. The store staff are lovely and knowledgeable also. Highly recommend.

Walked in and out in a very short time for puppas to have their nails clipped. Too tempting with all the products and while browsing spent way too much money on the little pooches. Great experience. Efficient. Staff knowledgeable and friendly.

Great grooming service. I have a medium sized Cavoodle and a very large groodle and the team do such a great job with them. They listen well to any instructions I have too. We’ve been a customer for around a year and will keep coming back for sure.
